Gene Hege, an impressionist artist, whose works hang in public and private collections throughout the United States and abroad, was commissioned to create a painting for the Lewisville Area Arts Council in 1996. His work, BRIGHTLIFE, has been reproduced as an art print and is being offered to the public, once again, as a memorial to the life of a good friend and a great artist. The print measures 24" x 28" and is printed in full color on fine quality paper. The print can be framed as a painting- or as a poster by including the graphics which are done in Optima Typeface.

• Classes in the G. Galloway Reynolds Community Center - watercolor, calligraphy, yoga and other classes have been offered. Check the "Lewisville Citizen" for announcements of upcoming class schedules.
