*From I-40, take Exit #184 Lewisville/Clemmons Exit onto Lewisville-Clemmons Road south.
*Proceed 2 miles across US158 onto Middlebrook Road until you come to a stop sign at Idols Road.
*Turn right and proceed 2 miles to a sharp left turn in the road. This is Dock Davis Road.
*Another mile and you will see the entrance to Salem Glen Country Club on your right. This is Glen Day Drive. Follow the signs on the left to the clubhouse.
