The LAAC was organized in 1991 with a physical office opening in 2001 in the G. Galloway Reynolds Community Center on Lucy Lane. The office contains a small but very diverse collection of art from some of our favorite artists from Lewisville, NC. The collection includes the following artworks. 
Rick Jones - master water colorist
Gene Hege / Frank Holder - impressionistic painter / metal folk sculpture
Bennett Black - master in basketry
Norman Sturdy - mixed media 2 dimensional works
Holli Conger - found object art /mixed media
